Stamped on the side J&J Erat Patent Harp Berners St London No (1904)The sound board is absolutely stunning but unfortunately as been damaged at some point and will require a new one if this harp is to played With original gilding and polychrome paint still present Carved gilt wood and brass mountedThe fluted column headed female caryatid figures between anthemions Having eight pedals on paw feet 5 swell doors Height 170.5 cmPossibly late 18th or early 19th century It is build number 1904Been in storage for many years Also around the top of the column is a tooled leather label stating this harp was once restored by the world famous George Morley Harp manufactures in South Kensington London we estimate circa 1900 or before Please see image 12http://www.morleyharps.co.uk/history-of-morley-harpsCollection only Any questions just ask
