Pretty clean example of a 60's Gretsch. There is some very minor belt ware on the back, some scratches on top (see photos). There is minor shrinking in the heel and in the binding (see photos for examples). The worst is the split in the laminated pieces in the neck on the head stock (see photos). I would shoot some glue and a clamp and it would be close up pretty easily.
Good news, the neck binding is all there with out any issues. The case is the original case and is in great condition for the age.
