Presented for your consideration is this vintage 1973 Gibson Les Paul Custom. This great guitar features a Cherryburst finish, Gold hardware, 3 ply pickguard, Classic Bigsby tremolo, new roller bridge, upgraded back in the 70's to Grover tuners, new Graphite nut but the 2 best features on this guitar are 1.The DiMarzio 36th Anniversary PAF pickups modeled after the pickups on Larry DiMarzio's own 1959 Les Paul and 2. The 920D Custom Shop Les Paul Jimmy Page wiring harness. The Jimmy Page wiring incorporates push/pull switches on all 4 pots allowing the player to coil tap each individual pickup using either of the corresponding tone knobs. 1 volume acts as a coil tap and the other allows the player to run the 2 pickups in either parallel or series. If you are reading this and are not familiar with the Jimmy Page wiring please do yourself a favor and look into it. The tonal possibilities are limitless. Lastly the finish has been removed from the back of the neck and the neck has been shaved down the just a little smaller than a slim 60's profile which makes playing extremely comfortable. This is absolutely one of those guitars that once you start playing you can't put her down. Truss rod functions perfectly and there have been NO repairs of any kind. Original Gibson hard shell case included. This is obviously not a collector but possibly the greatest players guitar you will ever own. The Gold knobs are original 70's Gibson knobs and the original pots date coded to 1973 are included. It pains me to sell her but as you can tell from the pictures I have way too many guitars and this one especially deserves to be played more than she is. Check my feedback and buy with confidence.
