Priced to sell, up for sale is the best mic I've ever owned (and probably ever will). It's a 1970s tube condenser from the Soviet Union said to be U47 inspired. The sound is really rich and warm, thanks perhaps to the gold plated diaphragm. I'm not sure if that's what does it but it's just a really nice mic for a high end studio or serious collector. This mic needs a 220 volt power supply with pretty unique adaptors to run so I will include it even so it is heavy and will be expensive to ship. I got the mic connection changed over to three pin XLR but you'll need a european power adaptor for the power supply. I'm the second owner of this mic and purchased it from a cinema in Omsk so it hasn't had any abuse from live bands etc. Please check out my other auctions too as I am selling a big part of my collection of Russian / Soviet microphones.
