Ibanez RG 620X (serial #F0226555) with galaxy black finish and licensed Floyd Rose floating bridge. Made in Japan at the Fuji-gen factory, this guitar comes with F-spaced DiMarzio humbuckers in the bridge and neck, as well as the original stock Ibanez V7 and V8 pick ups, two sets of tremolo bars and a wizard neck (thinnest model neck Ibanez has ever made). The guitar features a Piezo configuration and two output jacks to replicate acoustic sounds through a stereo set-up. Everything is stock with the exception of the presently installed humbuckers and one control knob, but as mentioned above I will include the stock pick-ups at no extra cost.This guitar is well loved and used to gig quite often. Several nicks and chips on the edges (as shown above), but all purely cosmetic as it does not affect the play-ability of the instrument. One of the tone/volume knobs is not original, but is very difficult to tell by the pictures and the plastic cap for the pick up selector switch is also missing (does not affect the pick-up selection). Also worth noting is that the Piezo system is not currently active, a decision I made in order to boost the pick up signal of a single channel. All you would have to do is take it to a tech and have him re-solder a cable to make it active again.
This guitar is very unique and was only produced for less than three years before it was replaced by the Ibanez prestige series RG1620X models, which use virtually all of the same materials and are also made in the same factory but cost about double the price..essentially, this is a prestige series guitar without the price tag. It is a lot of fun to play, neck is lighting fast and thinner than the prestige and signature series as well. Feel free to message me with any questions you have.
