In line with the original White Falcon, this guitar possesses many of the deluxe appointments that made its predecessor such an opulent instrument including gold imperial tuning machines, gold sparkle binding throughout, gold pickups, bezels, and falcon-logoed raised pickguard, as well as a gold rocking bar bridge and Bigsby tailpiece. But unlike the original, it sports a much smaller body in nearly every dimension, making it much more comfortable for players of all sizes, styles, and types, all without compromising many of the inherent qualities of a hollow or semi-hollow body guitar. Of course, it didn’t change much in terms of tone, meaning players still get all the timeless pluck and grit of its TV Jones Classics and a familiar set of knob layouts to control them. If all that wasn’t enough, this guitar is also incredibly clean, includes its original case and case candy, and includes a complementary professional in-house setup so it plays beautifully as soon as it’s tuned to pitch. Cosmetic condition: This guitar is in excellent condition overall, if not near mint. It shows almost no signs of wear outside of a stray light surface scratch here or there and is otherwise in fantastic shape for a used instrument. The frets look like they’ve barely been touched and still have a full lifetime of playing left in them. The neck is straight and the truss rod and electronics have been fully tested and all function perfectly. Body: Single cutaway, semi-hollow body made of laminated maple in Vintage White. Gold sparkle binding and black and white purfling. Raised gold plexi pickguard with Gretsch Falcon logo. Gold plastic bezels. Bound F-holes. Jeweled G-Arrow gold control knobs.
