The back also has a few dents and dings along with an area of buckle wear that has caused the finish to start to split. There are dings around the edges of the headstock that have been "touched up"(See pics). Cool transparent purple burst finish on a beautiful quilted maple top with chrome hardware. The body has alder wings with a mahogany "tone block" center. The guitar has a nice low action and the mahogany neck with a rosewood fretboard has a great feel. The frets are in very good condition with mild wear. The DiMarzio Crunch Lab and Liquifire pickups have a great tone with strong output. The middle position of the 3-way switch has a custom configuration that has a single coil type tone. The piezo pickups under the bridge saddles provide a really good acoustic tone. The back panel has three trim pots to adjust the bass, treble and mix of the piezo output. The guitar is equipped with a compensated nut and locking tuners for great intonation and tuning stability.
