There's no point in describing this guitar to you, if you've found your way here you probably know all there is to know about it. 1 of 300 made, #127 to be exact, this is by far the most beautiful and one of the most wonderful sounding guitars I've owned. There are a lot of moving parts in my life right now, and I had to pick one to part with. It's not a fire sale situation so feel free to make an offer, but I have a limit that I will not dip below. In addition to the backplate that was signed by John before the guitar was shipped, the BFR limited run certificate was also signed by John at the Dream Theater meet and greet in Louisville back in October. There is actually a picture from the meet and greet of him holding the certificate before it was signed, in case anyone wants visual proof! The guitar is in excellent condition. There are no visual blemishes on it. It has never been gigged and has been kept in a smoke free home. There are a couple of minor scuffs on the included hardshell case, which is in very good condition overall. African mahogany body, roasted maple neck, Dimarzio Illuminator pickups, locking tuners, compensated nut, stainless frets, piezo acoustic pickup. You name it, this guitar pretty much has it. I also have a Majesty, and side by side they are very different guitars tonally. This guitar has considerable more snap and bite to it, which I found to be most useful on clean tones, and drop tunings. It avoids any muddiness which is helpful. Video clips of this guitar played through a Mark V/Helix setup are available on request. Thanks for checking it out and feel free to ask any questions!
