The Mesa Boogie Tremoverb is the original platform for the entire dual rectifier series. It has all the bells and whistles. The amp is built around 4x6L6 which can be swapped out for 4xEL34 for either the Fender sound or the Marshall sound with the built in Bias select switch. The amp then has 6x12AX7 preamp tubes and 2x5U rectifers. Add to that 2 Channels, 4 modes (Clean, Vintage High Gain, Blues, and Modern High Gain) and you have one of the most versatile amps ever made. The amp also allows you to switch between the tube rectifiers and silicon diodes. The amp also features: Bold/Spongy Switch for the spring reverb, Channel Assignable Tremelo speed for the Spring Reverb, Parallel FX Loop with send and mix level controls, and one button foot switch channel select.This amp is truly a versatile beast. It is a very heavy amp to move. As I get older, I can no longer carry it upstairs by myself. It does have very sturdy removable casters and handles on the side.
