The unit works perfectly. I've used it for 7 months - purchased new in January as a 'scratch and dent' model (the music store had a shipping issue - saved a bit of money and passing it on).The dents don't affect playability of the instrument at all. Please look at the pics closely. One dent in the back, crack in key riser and missing plastic in the other key riser. Key tops, bed, hammer action, velocity and AT are perfect.
