1969/70 EB-O Slotted Head Bass W/ Original Case This is very cool and 1st year of production for the slotted head EB-O's. Serial number is 69, pots are 70. It is all original even down to the Gibson Chipboard Case. The bottom of the case is a bit crunched but still latches and serves it's purpose very well. It has the bridge cover. The action is great and it sounds AMAZING! Very round and thunderous..but surprisingly can get very thin and cut through a track as well. It looks good and " Broke In". Some buckle rash on back, thumb wear on the front, normal nicks and dings. It has a slotted headstock and pearl Gibson inlay without the dot over the I. Neck profile is thin and easy on the hand and it's easy on the back. This is a perfect example of the "ole" Gibson mudbucker at it's finest. Thanks for the interest.
