It was purchased new in 95 and has been held by one owner mostly in its case, in a humidity controlled environment. I have rarely seen one of these that was not all finish checked out. It is in FANTASTIC shape! Just a few tiny marks, most notably a couple tiny dents on the back of the guitar on the top edge. Very minor. 9.5 of 10 easy! This guitar has an awesome vibe! Makes you want to plug it in and just get carried away by the sweet tunes. Really versatile and rich guitar. All original. No breaks, cracks, or repairs. SEE many images below!! Includes original Jimmy Page Hard Case! These babies are getting really hard to get a hold of, as collectors and players alike have realized how great these guitars were made. WEIGHS in at: 8.65 lbs.806” at the 1st fret.955” at the 12th.In 1995, Gibson USA got together with Jimmy Page to produce a guitar similar to 1959 Gibson Les Paul Standard 'No. 2'. The production run was from 1995 through 1999. The guitar was a single cutaway bound mahogany body, AA-figured maple top, 22-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with trapezoid inlay, bound black peghead, gold hardware, Tune-O-Matic bridge/stop tailpiece, cream pickguard with engraved and gold painted "Jimmy Page" signature, a three-way selector toggle, volume and tone knobs, which are push/pull pots that put the pickups in and out of phase, series or parallel them and make the humbuckers single coil as well (making up to 21 different combinations), in a Light Honeyburst (LB) finish. The pickups were standard 4-conductor 496R and 500T. The guitar came with a hardshell case with emerald green lining and Jimmy Page signature shroud. The guitars have a standard 8 digit serial number.
