Archlute is brand new. It is 14 course Archlute. It was built by master luthiers Saadettin SANDI and his son Bahadir SANDI. We are very well known luthiers in Turkey and in many other countries. We are exporting our products to whole world. Our company name is CANKAYA MUSIC. You can check their website and get more information.Archlute is professional quality and has a wonderful tone and craftmanship. Body and neck is made of Mahogany. All woods are dried in special conditions for over 10 years. Soundboard is very good quality European spruce. All inlays are handmade with perfect workmanship. Pegs are Mahogany. Fingerboard and saddle is Venge. We build the instrument according to the plans of Sellas' archlute (after 1639). All sound bar system was done according to these plans. Please know that we don't use oud sound system in historical lutes. We research the plans and make all these historical lutes according to the plans of ancient famous lute makers such as Sellas.String length shorter is 57cm. Longer is 83cm. Width of saddle is 17 cm. . Body length is 42cm. Body width is 32cm. Body depth is 15cm. Total neck length is 66cmNeck width at body joint is 11 cmTuning according to different strings are;a’a’ double 57cm e’e’ double 57cm hh double 57cm gg double 57cm dd double 57cm AA double 57cm GG double 57cm FF double 83cm 9E double 83cm 10D single 83cm 11C single 83cm 12H’ single 83cm 13A’ single 83cm 14G’ single 83cm Strings brand is Pyramid.We make a wooden part to make the tuning much easier which you can see in the pictures. It will come with the lute as a gift. Lute include hardcase. It was made by us. Main construction material is plywood. It is covered with artificial skin. Very strong case. No need to worry for shipment risks.Shipment will be done via Standard Mail Service. Delivery time may vary between 10-15 days
