Constructed of welded steel, this Duplicator will carve an Electric Guitar body or a violin neck in an hour, and turn out copies exactly as the original. Just the thing for rapid production work, or when you want to reproduce a unique original. It will carve the new piece down to where all it needs is a final sanding for completion. The original piece and the new blank of wood to be carved are placed in the holding mechanism and locked in tightly... setup takes just a few minutes. The Mechanism does not move during carving, but is unlocked with the turn of a knob, and the pieces rotated in unison to a new position. Carves in full 3-D with a feather touch. This is a simple manual machine that takes all the rough-out work completely out of the picture. For larger items such as Guitar bodies, the workpieces are laid flat. Built for a lifetime of use (Comes with a LIFETIME WARRANTY), and accurate to within than five thousandths of an inch. See our website for more photos and models... radarcarve.net. All that is needed is a Bosch Colt router (priced at about $125) and the table to set up on (48" x 60"), and we can set it up for larger routers on request. The table can be as simple as a piece of 3/4" plywood. The length of work that can be carved is 35" with the standard side rails. This is extendable by construction of a simple sliding center panel (instructions included). Comes complete with Cutting Bits, Guide pins to match, and the holding mechanisms, plus setup and operating instructions. No prior woodworking experience is needed... it is extremely easy and simple to use. It will carve Guitar bodies, violin fronts and backs, necks, chair legs, gun stocks, wagon wheel spokes, archictectural millwork, figurines, signs- virtually anything...
