Guitars are detuned for shipment. They are then packed with paper inside a cardboard box, which is then placed inside a larger shipping carton with padding. With or without a case, you're guitar is going to arrive in excellent condition.Returns:
If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days to return it. It must be returned as it was received, with no signs of use. If there was a mistake in the listing or the guitar was damaged in shipping, I will cover return shipping; otherwise, buyer is responsible for shipping cost and full insurance. Please pack it as it was received. Money will be refunded as soon as item is received and tested.
