One more note. If you talk to a Steinway Dealer about a new piano they will tell you that a New Steinway will last 100 years, or that you can pass to the next generation and they can pass it to their children. If you then tell them you saw a wonderful Steinway used that you are thinking about purchasing, they will proceed to scare you into thinking that a used Steinway Grand will fall apart the day after you purchase it unless you purchase it from them. So do Steinway Grands Last 100 years or do they fall apart as soon as they are used, which would be the day after you take delivery of your new one.
