A well-built and well-maintained Buffet Crampon bass clarinet rebuilt with all new white Roo pads, new corks and springs as necessary. It was originally owned by Portland State College, in Oregon. It was overhauled last fall and used professionally, in a pit orchestra setting. There are no cracks to the grenadilla wood body. It plays well with a tone that is very warm, rich and robust. It comes in a like-new DG case that has been fitted tightly to the upper and lower joints. This is a good example of the quality from that "golden era" of Buffet Crampon clarinet-making.
