This item is a Yanagisawa A991 Alto Saxophone.It was recently checked over by Dawkes Music in Maidenhead and found to be in mint condition in their opinion, and did not need any adjustments or replacement parts.It comes with the original Yanagisawa No.7 ebonite mouthpiece, and Yanagisawa case.Also includes a pad saver, bell saver, neck saver, and mouthpiece saver.
