FULL REFUND on non-working and/or "not as described" items. NO REFUNDS on working and/or "as described" items. I will NOTrefund for a properly functioning item. "Not the sound I was looking for" or "Don't want it anymore" are not sufficient reasons for a return. All items are tested and, unless noted, are sent out in 100% working condition. Occasionally, a problem will arise that can be easily resolved by contacting me...bad/wrong power supply, dead battery/cable, using it wrong etc etc. If a problem should occur, contact me within the 14 day time frame mandated by eBay. 14 days is more than adequate, 30 is ridiculous and I will not be held responsible for providing a refund. Remember, these are used electronics, so buy accordingly. I've sold well over 2,000 used pedals here on eBay and can count on one hand the number of units that have been returned with actual problems. If I do screw up and send out a faulty pedal, I have no problem refunding you your original purchase price, shipping AND your return shipping. No reason my ignorance should cost you a dime. Likewise, your ignorance should not be at my expense, therefore no shipping charges will be refunded.
