Up for sale, an absolutely gorgeous suspended carbon microphone, circa 1930's, Shure Brothers Model 5B. The carbon element is incredibly clean and undamaged...very little evidence of aging....the chrome finish shines brightly. The element is mounted in a vintage BUD Brand hexagon cast iron assembly with 3 tier waterfall stand. It is not wired nor has it been tested, but is does quality as museum quality. Rarely do vintage carbon mics come up for sale in this fine condition.
