1923 Gibson A Jr Serial #72452 for saleHas a great sound and plays extremely well. All original including tuners, bridge, pick guard and tail piece. This A Jr is a paddle head and has had binding installed at some point in its history. I’m told that some of the Jr's had factory binding installed, whatever it's history, the binding looks great and was professionally done. Only issue is a small stabilized crack on back which is few inches long running up near the tail piece. Just normal wear on this wonderful A Jr. The A Jr is the same wonderful mandolin as its more costly Gibsbon A counterparts, some people desired its simplicity and sound equally as other mandolins of its time. Comes with modern TKL black hard case (I don't have the original case. This mandolin was purchased last summer and is being sold cause it does not get played much since I purchased a new mandolin.You are bidding on a 1923 Gibson A Jr Mandolin in the stated condition. It is known to have its original tuners, bridge, tail piece, and pick guard. It comes with a TKL hardshell case in new condition. As mentioned earlier, the mandolin is in good condition with a stablized crack on the mandolin’s back. Buyer pays $50 for shipping and insurance in the CONUS. PayPal accpeted.
