This TASCAM 246 was the deluxe model of the classic PortaStudio 244 analog cassette recorder from TEAC/Tascam, the most dependable name in home recording. This unit was professionally serviced and restored to original factory spec by AzTech Electronics of Watertown MA. 90 day warranty (dating from June 14, 2016) transfers to new owner and covers all work performed.From the owner's manual:
