Selmer Short Shank Soloist Tenor Sax Mouthpiece E on the Table
Estimated price for orientation: 550 $
Category: Other Accessories
Class:
Description Brand: selmer Type: Mouthpiece Instrument: Saxophones Country/Region of Manufacture: United States
Selmer short shank Soloist tenor sax mouthpiece.
This came to me from a full time pro of long standing. He thought it was marked an F but maybe it is an E lacking some of the coloring.
However it measures an original 95 on my gauge placing it a bit more open then the F.
It plays wonderfully. I have a similar piece, a bit smaller , in my own collection, and just love the unique feel and sound of these pieces.
Selmer was among the least reliable about tip openings during this period so it is not unusual to find.
Selmer ligature and cap also included.
Additional mouthpieces shipped together at no extra cost.
