For Sale: 1975 (ish) Ovation Viper Electric Guitar.This guitar is very rare, and in great condition for it's age. Plays nicely and sounds huge! Think a telecaster meets SG type guitar. As used by Alex Turner and Lee Ranaldo (once upon a time).These were made for a short period of time in the mid 70s to early 80s, and were were made to a very high quality! This thing is built to last!Medium heavy weight guitar, but quite a small body.Pickups, bridge, tuners, electrics are original (as far as i know), but the nut might have been replaced some time in it's life. There's some buckle rash on the back and the lacquer on the neck is slightly brown. The scratch plate is also cracked which i have included a picture of.I've only had it for 4/5 months, and am sadly selling due to money needs!Pick up a great, quirky, genuine vintage guitar for a fraction of the cost of a fender of the same age!Any questions, or if you would like to see it, drop me a message!
