A refined version of the awesome x0xb0x design.
The x0x is the closest Clone of a TB303 ever made.
If you want the sound of a 303 and you don't have £2000 this is how to go.
This is a new x0x and can be bought directly from me at £425
with bank transfer.
Please take some time to check out the ladyada web site. Through their generosity it has been possible for a whole new generation of Acid Heads to make the Sweet Acid House Music with this fantastic Roland TB-303 Clone. Also a big thank you to guy who wrote the sokkOS1.9.1 firmware.

The x0x has Red LED's.
This is a new hand built x0xb0x using all the correct parts as per the adafruit build guide.
I have been able to locate and secure the now even rarer parts.
These have come from Australia USA Germany Japan and the UK.All the correct high end Hardware.

No cheap or counterfeit parts. Adafruit took the time to Clone the 303 as close as possible.
I'm proud to say mine has these parts inside.
Matched 2SC536F NPN transistors in the VCF and throughout.
2SA733AP PNP transistors.
2SC1583F & 2SC2291F Matched Transistor Pairs in the VCO and VCF.So what makes this an Ultraxox?
This is a very limited run of units depending on the availability of the BA662A.The Ultraxox is fitted with the ultra rare Roland BA662A as used in the TB303.
I've also sourced the very rare 2291F and 1583F's.
You can see in picture 10 I'm even using some originally sourced Roland parts.
The 2SC2291F for instance.
Genuine 2SC536F's and 2SA733AP transistors.
Low noise Audio Grade Nichicon Gold electrolitic Capacitors.
Q11 is a 2sc536F and not the 945P in my standard builds.Please note due to their rarity the BA662A is a used part
(the only used part in the whole build)
Obviously its been fully tested and works as a new part.You may have noticed my x0xb0x's don't come in the standard Plastic boxes.
I have had the case specially designed and built for my machines only.
These cases are 40mm narrower than my usual builds.
The Control Knobs are solid Billet Machined items with x0x Engraved.
Solid Alloy side Cheeks.
Polished to a high shine.Consider this as an extension of the quality and the attention to detail that is inside.The x0x will be supplied with a UK 9VAC PSU.If you have any questions please ask
