Buffet Crampon Bass Clarinet. Serial # 19613. Made in the 1960's in France. Range to low Eb. This bass clarinet is the equivalent of a modern Buffet 1183. It is in excellent condition - it needs no repair. No cracks now or ever. No plating wear. It appears virtually brand new, like it was never used. When it came into Meridian Winds, we completely re-padded it with all new white kangaroo pads. It was also cleaned and polished. All the logos look very crisp, and the instrument looks excellent in general. It also plays great. We added a bell mount floor peg assembly. Comes with the original French style case that is also in great condition. It comes with a new Selmer Focus mouthpiece, reeds, cap, ligature, swab, and cork grease. New 1183 Bass clarinets go for $9,900 on the internet currently. See photos. Thanks!
