Rare Massie Electronics St. George model Lancer 363 tube guitar 1x12 combo tube amp !
Selling a very rare 1965 Massie Electronics of Los Angeles California tube 1x12 combo guitar amp.
These amps were made by an ex Fender Employee in Los Angeles in the early to mid 60's.This amp is a model 363 Lancer. St George was the distributor if I'm not mistaken.
The amp has just been gone over and had the power tubes replaced with a new matched set of JJ 6V6GT power tubes. The amp has a tube lineup of 2 6V6 power tubes, 2 12ax7 pre-amp tubes and a 6CA4 rectifier.
These amps are fully hand wired.
The amp features the original Jensen C12N speaker.Cosmetically the amp is in very good used condition for the age. Its very fenderish with the chrome faceplate and fender type grill. Please see pictures for details on condition.
The amp is in original collector condition with only a few capacitors and tubes changed out over the years.
A rare find in this condition.
Mechanically the amp is in good working order with no issues. It features two channels.
