This old banjo is in very nice condition. From my research I am pretty sure this is a PB 3 banjo. According to the serial # it was made in 1925-26. The head is 11". The neck is nice and straight and the frets have minimal wear. The tailpiece is a Bacon Day and also in very nice condition. I'm pretty sure the geared Grover tuners are original and work well. The resonator is in very nice condition but is missing the 4 screws that hold it in place. Any additional information about this banjo would be appreciated since I am not a banjo expert.This old banjo could use a good cleaning, new strings and a new head. The case is not original but is in great shape. Thanks for looking.
