Buy buying my items you agree in advance to cooperate as required with all necessary tasksthe buyer may be required to do to protect the insurance process and ensure damage claims are successful. This includes but is not limited to the following....... 1. Taking pictures of the unopened damaged item along with more pictures of the item as the package is unpacked to show the exactcondition of the recieved contents, packaging and items. 2. Contacting USPS if in the USA, as well as Canada Post if in Canada, immediately upon finding the damaged item and requesting a USPS representive inspection of the item. To expedite the claim, you may need to take the item to the local USPS facility in your area. 3. I will immediately file all necessary claims at my end as well for the said item. Buyers and sellers need to cooperate to makeproper sucessful damage claims. 4. You agree to not file a refund claim until the maximum 45 days has elapsed to allow for the damage claim process to come to completion. Insurance is to pay for both buyers loss of money and sellers loss of item. If you have a problem with this. STAY AWAY FROM MY LISTINGS, I DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS. 5. Should any item arrive so damaged that the exterior shipping container is litterally distroyed, DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE!!!. Advise me by email that you were unable to accept the package as the shipping container was extremely damaged!!! so the contentsare likely to be the same. 6. All buyers should be prepared to be reimbursed when the seller is finally reimbursed with the insurance on the item. IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO WAIT AND GO THROUGH THE INSURANCE PROCESS, STAY AWAY FROM MY LISINGS. GO BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!. 7. Insurance is suppose to be extra protection from buyer fraud!, as it forces a third party to be involved, in inspection of damageditems, and thus discourages, fraudulent behavior oF both buyer and seller, while at the same time protecting both buyer and sellerfrom carrier damage. THE BUYER PAYS FOR THIS INSURANCE WHICH IS INCLUDED IN ALL MY LISTINGS.
