A very much loved and treasured original series monome 256. (number 049 off the production line.)Originally supplied with separate power module, but I did the bus power mod, so this just runs off the USB lead now.Just confirming that the device is variable brightness, as shown in the photos - the SerialOSC test app allows 16 levels of brightness, I've shown a range. It was only ever used at home, for about a year, but then I've had no time to use it - I've kept it stored in its original box, inside another box, in a bag (yep, I love it that much) - but I'm finally, reluctantly, realising that I just wont have time ever again (thanks to two beautiful children!)Excellent original condition, all buttons and LEDs work.Series spec from http://monome.org/docs/editions/ ....“series” 64, 128, 256 – 2007-2010smaller keypads than the 40h. mitred-frame walnut enclosure, plate embedded/framed within enclosure, orange LEDs. rubber “noodle” slip guard on bottom. burned brand “monome” on bottom. 256 and 128 shipped with external power supply. bus power upgrade offered later. 64 bus powered and included tilt sensor. 256 and 128 not tilt upgradeable. Thanks for looking and if you buy, I hope it continues to be loved (and used!)Thanks. K
