90’S VERY RARE ENRIQUE TAPICAS C60 CLASSICAL GUITAR - GREAT SOUND – VINTAGE NEW

Classical guitar Enrique Tapicas C60 of the American brand Washburn very rare from the 90s, vintage but new.I got this guitar last year with the sound board cracked and full of scratches, a good sign that the guitar was heavily played and yet the sound was great. As it was a very rare good quality instrument I decided to restore it. The old cracked sound board was replaced by a new AAA Western red cedar, the scratches and dents were removed, the frets were sanded, the machine heads replaced and finally the guitar took a high-gloss finish. And the result was what I expected, the guitar has an amazing sound with very good projection and excellent separation of voices, full and solid basses, comfortable mids but well projected and bright trebles with great definition. Overall the sound is fairly balanced between notes and the tone is very pleasant. This sound quality can hardly be found in a new instrument. The action is comfortable but it can low more if necessary. The carved head detail normally it’s only found in very good quality luthier guitars.
