(born in 1748)Peter Arnold Hirsbrunner was born in 1925.He has developed the first "automatic compensation system"for cylinder valves.He retired from the business in 1992.*This a unique incredible French Horn built by PETER ARNOLD HIRSBRUNNER.The french Horn plays in F + a fourth key valve.It is not a double compensating french horn as usual.It is a "automatic compensating system " to have a perfect accuracyOn the differents valve Keys combinations: (1&2 - 2&3 - 1&3)*The extra added slides for compensating system are visible:In the second valve there are 2 second slides instead of only one when you play in F.On on the First valve also an added slide is above to complete it.When you use 1 &2 valve keys together: the compensation system is functioning automaticlay using the extra tube above the first valve Key.Same thing when you use 2 & 3 valve keys together: the compensation system is functioning automaticaly using the extra tube on the second valve Key.nota:I hope my description right but but it is a special system French horn and an error from my part in the description of the horn system is possible... It plays with accuracy due to its "automatic compensation system".*The raw brass French horn is in a wonderful shape.The rotary valves are functioning perfectly, silentful.The compression is perfect and it plays with an oustanding deep sound.A number is engraved on the piston block:"1937"As a supposed unique prototype the Horn has no other mark.This french horn comes directly from the manufacure and guaranty as is.It was recovered at the manufacure sometimes ago.The original case is as a crocodile covering copy.The original case has two metal plaques engraved:"HirsbrunnerInstrumentenfabrikSumiswald"*It is an incredible historic very rare instrument in a perfect playing condition.***FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE*Parcel will be carefully packed - Sent promptly Nota : plse consider if any Custom Fees to add to the Price. as per the Professional Sales Terms.
