Rare opportunity to own a vintage Slingerland Radio King drum set from the 1950s in amazing condition! These are the most beautiful drums I've ever seen! 22, 16, 13, 14. Snare is solid one-ply maple. Toms and bass drum are 3-ply mahogany poplar mahogany. Toms have massive maple rings. These drums are heavy!Original hardware pictured is included (except tom stand which did not come with this kit originally - but there is the original tom mount included that clamps to the bass drum hoop).This auction also includes two Zildjian cymbals from the same era! They came with the kit and I feel they should stay with it. All original calfskin heads (it's almost like they were never played) on toms and kick. Perhaps you can find Radio Kings at a lower price, but they do not include vintage zildjian cymbals, hardware and the calfskin heads, and are not in this condition. Snare has new vintage aquarians. Silver sparkle glitter looks amazing!These are also for sale locally (and elsewhere). I'm in Philadelphia and can deliver to NYC and possibly elsewhere nearby. Just ask. Thanks!
