The AC-X is driven by a large field coil instead of a
permanent magnet. With this magnetic force, the driver reaches the
physical maximum and an extreme dynamic performance.
The AC-X has a Qts
between 0.25 and 0.6 depending on the supply voltage which can be set
from 6 to 18 volts.
It enables the user to adjust the driver to all
installation conditions and playback requirements.
The field coil is implemented in a housing made of low carbon steel. In this way a leakage field is prevented and the efficiency increases. With an excursion of 10 mm a powerful bass reproduction down to 25Hz is possible.
For dipol loudspeakers or front horn cabinets the AC-X is also an excellent choice.
Please note, that the sound depends on the quality of the power supply used. Ask us for appropriate devices.
