1969 Fender Precision Bass the cleanest Lake Placid Blue custom color on Earth !
This has to be the finest “Custom Color” vintage Precision Bass in existence, the quintessential under the bed find, its Lake Placid Blue finish is like a new Bass hanging in a shop for 6 months, its has no wear, no discoloration & no weatherchecking, its rosewood neck is also like new having not a spec of yellowing to its white maple back & its headstock, neck dates to June 1969 & pot codes are dated 1966 as most Fenders from this period are, its white pickgard looks perfect, its chrome parts shine like new, we can honestly call this P Bass near mint, but it is as close to new as we have ever seen since it was 1969, it comes with its manual, strap, tags, cloth in its bag & a set of strings all in itsoriginal hard case.
