For sale is a 2014 Craviotto Solid Shell Snare Drum 6.5"x 14". I purchased this drum in 2015 and have used it sparingly and solely in my smoke free home. I didn't dare to take this beautiful snare out to the bars and risk damage or theft so it stayed home :)
This snare drum is in fabulous condition. The shell has no scratches or dents and the finish and chrome are in excellent condition. There is a black mark on the shell that is in the wood and came this way from the factory. Also, the seam behind the throw off is a lighter color as well, also from the factory. The snare was and is always kept in a padded snare bag when not being played. The original Craviotto/ Remo heads are in excellent condition. The top head has very light wear (I quickly swapped out the original head to preserve it). The snare wires are in excellent shape as well. The Trick GS007 snare throw off/strainer works flawlessly.You can't say enough about these drums. Solid Maple Shell with 45 degree bearing edges. Chrome tube lugs, Trick throw off, Triple flanged hoops, Brass snare wires. Very sensitive, warm, full round tone. This drum will literally do it all, It can be whisper quiet and articulate but packs plenty of punch and crack when laid into. Please ask any questions as sales are final.
