Extremely rare Wagner U47w - one owner.  This is not your average U47 clone - this is essentially a modern production U47 - or at least as close as one can get to that. Built circa 2006 for Tore Johansson (producer: Cardigans, Franz Ferdinand). It was used on all of his recordings post 2006. The mic works perfectly and is in excellent condition, with some light scuffing and perhaps some slight indentations on the screen/grill. The power supply is a bit scuffed up but still looks good.  Please look closely at all of the pictures for details on physical condition.Has a vintage metal can EF12 tube inside.This is serial number 100, so my guess is that it is made from some other vintage parts, but I do not know for certain. However, if you look at the pictures on this page, and compare to the internal gut shot of the mic for sale in my listing, you will see that many of the internal parts appear to match the original U47, and not the new version that Wagner has posted: Includes all accessories and documentation as seen in the pictures - nothing more, nothing less.The last sold unit, as listed on the Wagner site went for 8.5k in 2011.
