n u m b e r 3 o f 2 1 5 In 2009, Orange built 215 'limited edition 2009' white Tolex covered UK hand built, AD30TC valve amp combos. This BRAND NEW AD30TC is one of those amps...in fact, it is number three.Featuring a stunning white Tolex finish, black fittings along with the classic Orange woven grill cloth, Orange logo and crest, number three is one of those amplifiers that only comes along once.
Previously only available for Artist's special orders this white AD30TC was built as a special limited edition for 2009 after which they ceased to be obtainable thereafter...Straight out of the V.A.U.L.T., our amplifier is brand new and in absolutely pristine condition.
The Limited Edition Orange AD30TC in white Tolex is an all valve (tube), 30 watt RMS, channel switching combo electric guitar amplifier. Sporting two dual stage channels with completely separate signal paths, the result is two vintage amps in one cabinet! Channel One has a thick, creamy, classic voice that barks like a rottweiler when pushed into the "tone zone". Channel Two has a tighter, springy and slightly faster character with a little more upper mids and a bit more gain...the perfect guitar solo channel.
The Orange AD30TC combo has consistently stood above its peers which has been confirmed by professional users and reviewers alike. It retains the original vintage sound and utilises a smooth electron emissions GZ34 valve rectifier, similar to the first original valve amplifiers ever made, and operates in the most desirable of amplifier modes...Class A.
This makes the AD30TC a true force to be reckoned with when played alongside any ‘vintage’ classic and high price tag, so called "boutique" guitar amplifier.
Orange is widely regarded as the new world standard for 30 watt Class A valve amplifiers...and this is their limited edition "special" model!
Orange pulled all of the stops on he AD30TC combo and equipped it with a pair of Celestion Vintage 30s in an open-back acoustically designed enclosure, made from 13 ply high density 18mm Baltic Birch ply to further enhance its tone.
