Available for shipment after July 5th.Offered here is a single vintage tube condenser microphone by NEUMANN, model KM254. This is a broadcast version of the KM54 version, with better rejection of RF interference. This is absolutely rare item and one of the best sounding so called pencil microphones ever invented. Engineers favorite for just about any string instruments, acoustic guitars, piano, drum overheads, etc.This mic came from a German collector and has been well cared for over the years. There are some signs of use (please, see detailed pics), but nothing major to worry about. Sonically however, this mic sounds as good as any KM254 we've worked with in the past. Beautiful warm sound, super low noise floor, great dynamic range.It comes with matching super high quality PSU by German manufacturer Schaal (set for 120V US standard but allows for 220V EU standard) and a high quality matching cable.Free shipping within Continental USA via USPS registered mail service.International shipping rate is $99 fixed.Buyer has two weeks to review the item fully after which point we no longer consider any returns.
