Vintage 1920s Ludwig Universal Snare Drum 14 inch x 4 inch deep.This snare drum which is around 90 years old is structurally and functionally very good. This Vintage Ludwig 4X14 Universal Model snare drum has six tube lugs and a heavyweight brass nickel plated shell. The vintage strainer is in good working shape and there are no extra holes in the shell. There is some oxidisation on the hoops where the nickel or other plating used has word away. This is one of the best snare drums ever made!
