This auction is for a 2011 Martin HD-28 Standard with OHSC in very good condition. I am the original owner of this guitar and purchased it from American Musical Supply in January of 2012. The guitar has had light use and has been has always kept in its case in a humidity controlled non smoking environment. The neck is strait with minimal fretware (see pictures), The action is medium low (5/64 on the bass side and just under 4/64 on the treble side). It is currently strung with .012 -.053 Martin Strings. The flaws are as follows; There are pick scratches on the pickguard along with some light scratches below the pickguard on the guitar top. These are light surface scratches and probably can be buffed out. (See pictures) There is a small nick (less than 1mm) on the white plastic binding on the treble side below the soundhole. There are a few micro impressions on the top. I will try to show all this in the photos, but you really have to move the guitar around in the light to even see them. This is an excellent sounding well balanced instrument in great shape. The blemishes are minimal and typical of a five year old guitar that has been well taken care of. The OHSC is in good shape. However it is worth noting that these cases don't seem to stay open real good and require careful attention while taking the guitar in or out of the case. I will only ship to the contiguous 48 states. I take great care with proper packaging and shipping and will require a signature upon delivery.
