Hello, Welcome to our eBay auction listing!!! This listing is for a Vintage Beautiful Tan Top Wurlitzer 200 that was Professionally Refurbished by our Wurlitzer Techs. Here is how this Wurlitzer was Refurbished: The original Wurlitzer PC Board was rebuilt, the rebuilt consisted of: replacing all electrolytic capacitors , replacing all 5 watt resistors, and select resistors, also custom noise reducing modifications were done.
The unshielded volume and vibrator wiring were replaced with shielded twisted pair wiring.
A New board jack and a new shielded SwitchCraft plug was added.
A LED Modification was added to get rid of noise that may result from the factory neon bulb, (because LED run on DC current not AC).
A Main Fuse Modification for easy replacement of the main fuse, this will save you time, and money and frustration.
Also added was the Reed Bar Shields to further reduce hum.
This
Wurlitzer was completely disassembled, the complete reed sections was
removed, each whip assembly was individually lubricated and inspected.
The hammers were lubed and resurfaced as needed.
The keys were height adjusted to specs, key bushing were tightening and eased as needed, keys were squared, leveled and spaced.
The Let-Off and Lost Motion was adjusted.
All Action Centers was lubricated with the specific lubricant specified by Wurlitzer, the Individual Whip Assembly, the Hammers, etc.
The Wurlitzer was regulated and tuned to Wurlitzer’s specs.This Wurlitzer has the: Original Legs with some scuffs and scratches, Original Music Stand, Original Pedal (new top tread), the original Knobs, and a New Wurlitzer 200 Mirror Face Plate.
The base was repainted with multiple coats of black paint.
The Lid is in Fair condition with some scuffs and scratches, and slight imperfections. The Keys are original in used condition and are in good shape for their age 40+ years, but may have some slight imperfections (hairline crack, light scratches etc.).
