This was built in California in 1974 or 1975 (Serial # 635xxx), and was one of the very few factory-built 70's fretless P-Basses that didn't have lines OR a dark fretboard. The body is black and HEAVY as hell... It's not a beautiful collectible, but it plays perfectly. All original except for:
- Missing the metal pickup covers (the original owner, who I bought it from, threw them away as soon as he bought the bass.)
- Badass II bridge replaced the original.
- Original owner added a passive Bartolini bridge pickup.
- No case
