2003 Martin HD-28 Natural Dreadnought Acoustic Gutiar #924285- One of our best-selling models, the HD-28 includes many of the options guitar players and collectors prize in historic Martins. A Sitka spruce top with East Indian rosewood back and sides, all wrapped together in Martin’s classic herringbone inlay. Perfect for the intermediate and advanced player.
This guitar is well loved. It is the epitome of a player guitar. It has all the play wear you would expect to see on player. There are no cracks! There are many dings, dents, and scrapes! There is moderate/heavy fretwear. I am able to jam and pick on it with no fret wear. The action is set at 6/64" on the Low E and 5/64" on the High E. There is some discolation near the headstock. This guitar hung on a non-lacquer safe wall hanger and it darkened the finish.
