Offered for auction is this beautfull original vintage B&D Sultana Silver Bell #1 tenor banjo.Note the name Tatham is also on the banjo and I do not know if this is Art Tatham or not, or is some other Tatham that was part of a 1930's 1940's banjo band. The photos show it very well and I will let them speak for the banjo.It appears to be untouched since manufacture.There is no case with it. It could use some polishing if one choose to do so. Please note that due to age,rarity and value I will ship to CONUS only.

On Jun-29-16 at 11:50:42 PDT, seller added the following information:Today I took the resonator off to get the serial number and some pics of the inside I added two more pics to the original eight .The serial number is 33883 and this is 1934 according to the B&D record. Also you can see that everything inside checks out as being original.
On Jun-30-16 at 10:38:02 PDT, seller added the following information:The serial number on the dowel stick matches that on the inside of the pot. Have tried to upload 2 more pics with the resonator removed but they will not upload.
